I'm trying to build a forge for myself, The model I'm trying to follow is the two burner chili forge. I've never seen one in person, I'm in the Bay Area, east bay. Is there anyone close who owns a Chile Forge that wouldn't mind if I came and had a look at it?

Well I'm guessing that's a no. I'm gong to call Chile Forge and see if they'll trow me a bone, can't hurt to try.

Sorry there was no one in your area to help.

Adam 's Forge, in Simi Valley, has a couple of them, but that is no where near you. These forges work very well and get large material quite hot very quickly. Also, because they are so large, there is less damage to the side walls from trying to cram something too large into them. We have had them for about 10 years and they are still going strong.
