It is time for some winter forging at CBA’s Annual WinterBashDATE & TIME: Saturday, January 27th, starting at 8am going until dark!
PRICING: $45 which includes a main lunch course. Asking everyone to bring a side dish, drink or dessert.

Mark Aspery - Scroll Finials
John Williams - Leafing hammer on the power hammer with beginner tips and tricks.
Dennis Dusek will bring his Egg maker and you can try your hand at making one under the power hammer.
Shawn Lovell - Bubble wands
As a bonus we will have a presentation on handling hammers with enough hammers for folks to give that a try.
Becky Schimpff will lead newer smiths (even if you never smithed before!) through the making of a letter opener (AKA pointy thing).

The demonstrator line up has something for every level of skill sets.
Are you a new or beginner smith? Becky Schimpff will lead folks through the making of a letter opener (AKA pointy thing).
Are you needing to push your technical skills on forging scrolls? Perfect! Join Mark Aspery’s hands-on workshop on mastering these tricky finials at the ends of scrolls.
Are you hoping to get more comfortable with the power hammer? Great! Join John William’s as he goes through a new segment for beginners in using the power hammer. Safety and basic skills will be covered as you forge a leafing hammer.
Are you just looking for a fun forging project? We got that too! Join Shawn Lovel’s hands on workshop forging some bubble wands. We will bring the bubbles!
The main dish for lunch is on us and Dennis Dusek is cooking but bring a dish to share and look for an email sign up a couple weeks before the event.
