Dennis Dusek (CBA Instructor) will present the Scrolling Tongs. The tongs will be forged using the power hammer with explanations of the tooling used in the presentation.  The steps to forging a set of scrolling tongs are the same whether you hand-hammer or use an assist, the techniques covered will be applicable whether you have a power hammer or not.

Both presentations fulfil the CBA level II curriculum requirements.

Time 5:30pm Pacific -1.5 hours of presentation with extra time for questions time, Experienced Novice to Intermediate level smith.

Mix of graphics, still photos and edited video. A handout on the Power Hammer tooling and tong schematics will be made available.
