LOCATION: John McLellan’s forge at 6961 Horseshoe Bar Rd., Loomis, CA

DATE: May 22 - 24, 2015 

COST: Cost of an active participant will be $250 and be limited to 12 students. Observers will pay a fee of $100 and will be unlimited in number. You may sign up on the new website or mail a check to the treasurer at P.O. Box 1295, Ripon, CA 95366.

DESCRIPTION: 

Fred will impart his theories on metalwork for the artist. This class will be limited to 12 active participants. This workshop will be focused on a creating a sculpture from pieces created by each student. At the end of the event the students will bring together all of the components to create the sculpture for its one and only time of existence to be documented and then each student will take their respective piece home as a memento of the event. A booklet will be created to document the occasion.

Lunch will be provided for all three days. Dry camping will be available onsite.
